Girls rowing (excluding Geoffs squad) will recommence on Saturday 7th January at 11am.  Please remember to bring running shoes and plenty of clothes. Tuesday and Thursday night erg sessions will recommence at usual times on 10th and 12th January respectively.

Circuit training will resume at St Josephs on Wednesday 18th January. Junior boys training (J16 and below) will recommence after Christmas on Tuesday 3rd January at 7pm for all boys and in the absence of circuits all boys will train again on Thursday evening at 7pm.
