Bann rowing club circuit training commences at the gym within St Josephs school Coleraine this Wednesday 6th at 7pm. Circuits will cost £1 and be finished at 8.30pm. All those not already assigned training with Seamus or Geoff are eligible to attend both boys and girls. Please ensure you bring water to drink and turn up on time.
