Bann BBQ a great success

Bann BBQ a great success

Despite initially unpromising weather, the sun nearly shone on the great and the good of Bann.

Bann members were particularly pleased to welcome Chris Black the newly appointed head coach at CAI.  Chris is no stranger to Bann having assisted with the coaching a number of years ago. We wish him well in his new appointment.

Linda as usual worked tirelessly to provide a magnificient choice of food and was ably assisted by Maja and Robb. It was great to see the boys and girls of Bann, in many cases accompanied by their families chatting together recalling this year’s sucesses or the hopes dreams and fears that a new season brings.

A great time was had by all and we extend thanks to our supporters at Cookstown, Lynas Foods and Fastpak who made it all possible.
